L’Appartamento “Poiana” nasce come ampliamento del vecchio studio del casolare. Lo stile è caratterizzato dall’unione tra il rustico e il moderno, con travetti in legno e muri portanti in muratura. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, dal forno al micronde, dalla lavastoviglie alla cappa; il tutto sotto un ampio lucernaio che dà luminosità all’intero appartamento. Dotato di condizionatore, TV a LCD, Wi-Fi, salotto con divano letto matrimoniale, camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia e asciugacapelli, l’appartamento è adatto a coppie o famiglie che vogliono trascorrere soggiorni immersi nella natura, a due passi dalla città e dal mare. Biancheria e asciugamani puliti verranno predisposti all’inizio di ogni soggiorno. La piscina è facilmente accessibile dall’appartamento ed è l’unico spazio da condividere con gli ospiti che alloggiano nel Casolare.

“Poiana” Apartment was born as an extension of the old study of the farmhouse. The style is characterized by the union between the rustic and the modern, with wooden joists and masonry carriers. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, from the oven to the microwave, from the dishwasher to the hood; all under a large lumber that gives brightness to the entire apartment. Equipped with air conditioner, LCD TV, Wi-Fi, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, the apartment is suitable for couples or families who want to spend holidays immersed in nature, very closed to the city and the sea. Clean linens and towels will be provided at the beginning of each stay. The swimming pool is easily accessible from the apartment and is the only space to be shared with guests staying in the Farmhouse.
