Il Casolare è composto dalla parte più vecchia del complesso agrituristico che si sviluppa in due piani; al piano terra si trovano una grande cucina, dotata di quattro fornelli, cappa, forno, forno a microonde, frigorifero e tutti gli utensili per cucinare anche per gruppi numerosi; inoltre c’è una grande sala da pranzo e un salotto con TV con schermo piatto; nello stesso piano c’è un bagnetto di servizio; al piano superiore troviamo il reparto notte, dotato di quattro camere (due matrimoniali e due doppie) e due bagni con box doccia. L’appartamento Poiana (per quattro persone), descritto nell’apposita pagina, può diventare comunicante con il Casolare per essere a disposizione a gruppi numerosi. All’esterno, a due passi dal Casolare, abbiamo le due camere indipendenti (Gufo e Civetta), con bagno interno, descritte nelle apposite pagine, le quali possono essere utilizzate per gruppi superiori alle otto persone. In totale, l’intera struttura, può ospitare sedici persone.
La connessione WiFi è disponibile gratuitamente in tutti gli spazi dell’agriturismo e la piscina, sempre gratuita, è completamente a disposizione degli ospiti.
In sintesi, l’intero complesso è composto da:
– un appartamento indipendente (Appartamento Poiana) con camera matrimoniale, bagno, salotto con divano-letto e cucina (per quattro persone);
– due camere matrimoniali (Gufo e Civetta) con bagno interno, al di fuori del Casolare;
– due camere matrimoniali e due camere doppie con bagno esterno, al primo piano del Casolare.
– una cucina con quattro fornelli, un forno, un forno micronde, una lavastoviglie, un frigorifero ed un tavolo al piano terra del Casolare;
– una sala con un bagnetto di servizio ed un tavolo grande fino a 18 posti sempre al piano terra;
– un salotto con due divani ed una poltrona con camino e televisione sempre la primo piano.
Si segnala che l’intero complesso agrituristico potrebbe avere due gruppi di ospiti differenti (nel Casolare e nell’appartamento Poiana). Garantiamo la massima privacy per entrambi i gruppi dati gli ampi spazi a disposizione. La piscina risulta l’unico spazio da condividere.
The farmhouse is composed of the oldest part of the farmhouse complex that develops into two floors; on the ground floor there is a large kitchen, equipped with a four-burner stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a fridge and all the utensils for cooking even for large groups; there is also a large dining room and a lounge with a flat-screen TV; in the same floor there is a service bath; upstairs we find the sleeping area, with four bedrooms (two marriage bedrooms and two doubles) and two bathrooms with shower. The Poiana apartment (for four people), described in the appropriate page, can become communicating with the farmhouse to be available to large groups. Outside, a stone’s throw from the farmhouse, we have the two independent rooms (Gufo and Civetta), with an internal bathroom, described in the appropriate pages, which can be used for groups of more than eight people. In total, the entire structure can accommodate sixteen people.
Free WiFi is available in all areas of the farm and the swimming pool, always free, is completely available to guests.
In summary, the whole complex consists of:
– an indipendent apartment (Appartamento Poiana) with double bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchen (for four people);
– two marriage bedrooms (Camera Gufo and Civetta) with en-suite bathroom;
– two marriage bedrooms and two double bedrooms with external bathroom, on the first floor of the farmhouse.
– a kitchen with four burners, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a table on the ground floor of the Farmhouse;
– a room with a service toilet and a large table up to 18 seats always on the ground floor;
– a living room with two sofas and an armchair with fireplace and television always on the first floor.
It should be noted that the entire farmhouse complex could have two different groups of guests (in the Farmhouse and in the Poiana apartment). We guarantee maximum privacy for both groups due to the large spaces available. The swimming pool is the only space to be shared.
